How I saw Islam Is Evil

Dear Mr. Sina,
You have my utmost respect. From Egypt, the land of the pharos, I have to thank you for helping me quit this garden of distortion and ignorance, into the world of enlightenment. For me too, the door of this garden has been locked forever.

My journey started as slowly and as painfully as yours. Yet my final exit from this evil cult has been less agonizing, and much faster than yours. By reading your own story, the final stage in my passage became easier, and quicker… But unlike you, I was never a true Muslim. I did not study the cult in its true depth… My original reluctance of this evil cult came through life incidents rather than knowledge. It was sort of an instinctive detachment, a voice of reason, which kept hiding in my subconscious till I finally woke up. YOU gave me this wake up call.

A few years ago, I was sitting in my car, next to my driver, who used to complain of his 5 year old son who suffered from a chronic disease, due to physio-neurological disorders leading to incontinence, epilepsy, among other disturbing symptoms. He started cheering and broke the news that at last one doctor has been able to cure the boy for good, after several failed attempts by other doctors. He also stated that he (the doctor) was so keen and devoted that he refused to take any fees.

- “Congratulations!” I said, “He seems to be a great doctor, and a fine human being as well…”

- “Yes, yes, he is…” He replied, in a tone that sounded much less enthusiastic and positive than earlier. He continued: “Yes… He’s a good person; though he’s a …. Christian…” (!!!)

I was so taken aback by his comment, that I remained silent for a while. Not quite believing what he’d just said, I asked him to repeat again. He suddenly realized my disgust and went on a bit apologetically:

- “Don’t misunderstand me, I just feel sorry for him… In spite of being a good man, I already know his fate, and you too know it, sir, don’t you?”.
- “And what is his fate”, I asked?

- “Well… On the Day of Judgment, he’s going straight to hell… As will be the case with ALL unbelievers. The sheikh in our mosque has told us so! He even said that it’s mentioned in the Holy Book…”

At that point, my outrage took over my patience, and instead of giving him any lecture, I found myself kicking him out of the car. Needless to say, I never saw his face again… Afterwards, I kept blaming him, the mosques and the sheikhs for destroying the image of Islam… But were they really the ones to blame?

But then I started doubting: ‘there is no smoke without fire’, is there?
So I spent a few days checking the Quran, the Hadith, and found the unthinkable… I started wondering about all the abominable teachings in them and the feeling of doubt continued to grow in me…

In my silence, I was sure that this evil cult could NOT be from God (if he ever exists). I decided that I could not belong to such evilness, nor could my parents. They had raised me to be a good person, with all the good intentions in the world. But my mother is one of those non-veiled, non-religious Muslims, and my dad was always leading a western lifestyle, far from Islamic teachings. They always claimed to be one of those “moderate”, “progressive” and “educated” Muslims. Unfortunately, none of that is true. They were good people but in reality they were bad Muslims. My mother too is a westernized Muslim, who doesn’t even realize that she has nothing to do with this cult, that Islam simply cannot and DOES NOT accept reform. It’s a deadlock. My parents were ignorant Muslims…

It’s sad, but it’s very true … I’ve been fooled and misguided by people who loved me the most, thinking that they were doing the right thing… For many years I have followed some seventh century hallucinations of a barbaric culture. Shame on me!

I just wished the Arabs had never invaded my country 1400 years ago… Because of a bunch of 3000 armed bandits on camels and horses, the glory of our Ancient Egyptian civilization is vanished. Only great edifices remained. Will we ever get out of this everlasting agony? Will Egypt ever get out of this infernal trap? Will we ever gain back the Glory of our ancestors? I’m afraid it’s already too late…

Thank you again Mr. Sina, and whatever the outcome of your endeavors, I just hope that you will continue in your right and good path. You just can’t go back on this one either… As long as you can still help others, do it. Humanity will be grateful to you, your team, and all others who intend to make our world a better and safer one…

Islam is Bad to Humankind

Islam is based on Quran and Sunnah (practices of Mohamed). About 1.2-billion people believe in Islam and it is known to its followers Muslims in many ways, such as by birth, conversion, and study. Most Muslims adopt Islam due to their birth to Muslim parents. Among all these Muslims, most of them are familiar with Islam by faith and little practices. However, Islam is not limited with prayers, hajj, jakat, and fast only. Islam is supposed to be the example of Mohamed (the founder) and what Quran emphasises, and all Muslims are required to obey.

In reality, Islam is far away from the ideal of a religion when Quran and Hadis (Sunnah) are thoroughly read. The majority Muslims are not even near Islam and it is not honestly known to them. Imams, Mullahs, or such people who spend their lives on Islam represent the picture of Islam. A literal study in Islam reveals Islam as follows.

1) Mohamed does not qualify as a good person,

2) Quran is a confusing book and its teaching creates hate and fight and takes away the rights of women and non-Muslims,

3) Islam fails to provide appropriate guidance for entire mankind, and

4) More importantly, a) Islam wants to dominate the whole word b) it wants to impose its own law to every citizen.

1) The founder of Islam: The very important factor of Islam is Mohamed. In order to know a religion, it is mandatory to know the originator very well, whether he represents the messages of God. While paying full attention to the biography of Mohamed, unfortunately he is far from a holy being. He waged wars against non-Muslims, killed, and forced them to embrace his religion. He assassinated his enemies. He captured and later raped women like Safia and Jawaraiha. He was sexually attracted to a child. He looted commodities of civilians and made halal for his team (8:69, 48:20) and many more.

Now some questions arise whether this man sent by God or not and humankind choose his religion or not.

Even if people do not care of what Mohamed did in the past, Islam can still be acceptable. But a few more questions to ponder again. Quran says he is a perfect example to follow and a mercy for entire humankind. So Mohamed's examples are an integral part of Islam. During his prophecy, he looted and wage wars against infidels for Islam; he punished the thieves by cutting their hands and feet; he killed people who spoke against his brand religion; he raped and married a child of 9 years old. For human beings, none of these examples is possible to follow. If anyone desires to copy his practices completely, he will definitely end up his life living in jail.

2) Holy Book Quran: Muslims believe in Quran by heart, but it is totally a confusing book. It has no chapter, no chronology. This book is loaded with mistakes in grammar, math, logics, and science. Monotheistic God of Islam is serving himself as "We" and "Us". Without the history context of every Sura, this book cannot be understood. Anyways, it is acceptable but important to know the contents of Quran.

Quran grants different rights to women and minorities. Women cannot enjoy full rights as men. Women do not have the freedom to change husbands while men do deliberately. This book lowers the rights of minorities and asks to pay penalty taxes unless they submit into Islam. Both Quran and Hadith stress to kill anyone who leaves Islam or proselytize. Quran asks Muslims to brutally kill anyone who speaks against or wants to change Islam. Quran asks married Muslim men to have sex with slaves (23:01 - 06, 33:50, 33:52).

Quran says to avoid Jews, Christians, and other non-Muslim who can never be brothers of Muslims (5:51, 3:28). Quran teaches to hate even to own brothers and fathers if they do not believe in Islam ( 3:28, 9:23). It is an obstacle of humanity. A Muslim is not religiously allowed to associate with others just because they do not believe in Islam.

3) Missing Information: Through a study in Islamic sources, there is no special good stuff in Islam. Yes, there is some good, but this does not say better than other books. Islam is claimed to be the true religion but fails to provide with appropriate guidelines that entire humankind needs.

Islam explains the feature of males and females but badly fails to describe about hermaphrodites. They are also part of human beings. A true religion must care for hermaphrodites for this life and afterlife.

Based on the rotation of the sun and moon, Islam schedules prayers, fast, and so on. This was the idea of ancient people that reflects in many religions and cultures. In Islam, praying and fasting time is timed when the sun and moon move their courses. However, it is unknown to people how they in the northern part of the world would perform prayers and observe fasting. Over there, the length of day and night is six months long each, and many countries have very longer daylight and darkness. In this case, performing prayers and observing fast are really confusing. Islam does not provide this information and Muslims solely need to use their intelligence to figure out, which implies they are smarter than Islam.

Islam does not say any story about religions, people and culture of Eastern Asia, Australia, Americas and many parts of the world. A religion that is true must include the fact of every part of the world. It is very ambiguous to think how people in those places would be able to practise Islam and why they are supposed to go to hell without knowing Islam. It is a solid piece of absurdity that God ignores the other human beings but will put them in hell for eternity.

4) The Goal of Islam: People might forget the past of Islam and be able to practise it personally. But it is very, very important to the world that Islam wants to topple the will of people, democracy and culture, and rule the world. Dominating the world with Sharia is an emphasised part of Islam.

Mohamed used religious sentiment to make the people believe in the doctrine of his religion and used them to take over the land of Jews, Christians, and Pagans. He did not stop here. He made a religious obligatory for Muslims to fight for Islam and impose Islamic law all over the world.

Stealing is a crime, but people do not want to cut the hand of a thief. Offence is always bad, but people do not want to flog the guilty. Adultery is a crime, but a sensible human will never stone the guilty to death. Drinking is not good for health, but cultured people never want to flog the drinker. The world wants to go by its own rules. It does not need to adopt the 7th century Bedouin tradition.

Muslim Immigrants to the West must destroy the welcoming and loving culture of their host countries and impose Islamic law in the lands, if they truly go by Quran and Hadis. Islam's ultimate goal is to convert the developed world including all other non-Muslim countries to Islamic paradises like Saudi Arab, Iran, or Talibani Afghanistan.

People always want to live with their own freedom and expect others to enjoy it. But Islam will take it away as soon as it becomes powerful. Islam will impose its own policy that will force people to obey Islamic tyranny.

All four factors mentioned above prove that Islam meaningfully loses concepts of an ideal religious conviction. People must make a choice between reality and falsehood. Islam is completely different faith that cannot stand near the border of humanism, truth, and tolerance. In general, Islam has various parts that appear when it is scrutinised thoroughly.

Here are some core examples of Islam:

* Islam divides human beings into Muslims and Kafirs, which makes Muslims underestimate Kaffirs.

* Islam will put non-Muslims in hell for eternity.

* Islamic punishments and justice are brutal and inhuman (stoning, flogging, beheading).

* Islam is alien to modern culture and democracy.

* Islam keeps Muslims busy in it therefore progression in modernity is fuzzy among them.

* Islam's founder was not a good person.

* Islam has its own law, and it wants to take over the world and impose its rules.

* Islam takes away the rights of women and non-Muslims.

* Islam blocks the freedom and free speech.

* Islam can make Muslims as wild as hyenas while taking revenge.

* Islam encourages fighting and war.

* Islam kills Murtads (Islam leavers) and critics.

* Islam authorizes polygamy for men.

* Islam does not allow women to divorce.

* Islam produces terrorists / Jihadists / muftis (fighters of Islam).

* Islam forces Muslims to pray and fast.

* Islam forces women to wear burkas (veils).

Islam encourages provoking pre-existence fight (that happened 1,400 years ago) against Jews and Christians, it means this faction of hate is never-ending.

In reality, Islam has produced the following scenarios over the last 1,400 years:

* For Islam, 11 September (9/11) has occurred.

* For Islam, Islamic world has no good invention.

* For Islam, some or many Muslims talk nonsense and insult others.

* For Islam, world security is now under a threat.

* For Islam, Muslims are now becoming suspicious to the West.

* For Islam, People in Palestine, Kashmir etc cannot get along with others.

* For Islam, non-Muslims cannot bring their holy books in Saudi and cannot travel to Mecca and Medina.

* For Islam, Muslims are lying too much nowadays creating websites and publishing books.

* For Islam, many innocent people lost their body parts when charged as robbers or thieves but later found no guilty.

* For Islam, oil-rich countries raise funds for expansion, which breeds more extremism and terrorism.

* For Islam, a faithful Muslim can kill another human being.

* For Islam, Muslims become part of Umma and forget his nationality.

* For Islam, the world has much warfare.

* For Islam, hundreds of bombs are exploding and killing innocent people including Muslims in restaurants, hotels, buses, trains, beaches, and many places.

* For Islam, Muslims have conflicts with western/modern culture (e.g. riots in France, Britain, etc).

* For Islam, every media is loaded with Islamic madness news.

* For Islam, some Muslims are still fighting non-Muslims in many Muslim and non-Muslim countries.

* For Islam, thousands of people had to give their lives for religious conflicts.

* For Islam, honour killing is frequent to Muslims families.

* For Islam, many sects like Shia and Ahmedia have grown, and Sunnis and the sects have been fighting since the birth of sects, which caused huge devastations and millions of lives.

These days, Islam has been a centre point of discussion everywhere in the world. People are wondering what actually Islam is. Islam is very complicated, which has various impacts on every walk of life. If there is anything that creates similar shapes, that must be discussed along with Islam. Lie cannot defeat the truth. The truth is that Islam is not a right choice for human beings. The more it is practiced, the more fascism, extremism, and terrorism increase.

When Allah Does Not Know

When I was 16 about 6 years ago, I started thinking of Allah's book "Koran" and some sciences. I am from a Muslim family that's how I know Islam. In addition, I am one of the luckiest people from the Muslim society who had read Koran by knowing its words in English. Except Arabs 99 % Muslims do not even know the proper Islam and Koran. If you are a Muslim, you are already brainwashed in the childhood by the Islamists that Allah is almighty or super powerful in all circumstances, so it is a very simple thing to understand that He knows everything of us, the Universe and so on. Otherwise, it would be funny to imagine something is God.

God or Allah has to be the only one for all human beings, no discrimination is applicable here. But, based on the information from Holy Koran, I can produce here some logical issues. When I read Holy Koran, I compare its verses with some logics. I do not find the answers of my questions after reading Koran. Let me write just a few general phenomenons which Allah should know and inform us because He is almighty. However, I am not going to write why there are no Newton's laws, Einstein's theory, etc in Holy Koran. These would not fit my claims. But, after reading Holy Koran I find super powerful Allah does not know lots of things what we need today that's why there are still some FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) left.


1) Earth Is Spherical (Round): There is no doubt to almost everybody that we could know the earth is round in favour of the laws of science; however, almighty Allah's vision proves the Earth is flat. This is why still only some illiterate Mullahs do not trust the Earth is oval. Allah is all-powerful and He created us and the Universe, therefore, why doesn't he know the earth is spherical? Can anyone produce in debate any verses from Holy Koran where He explained the acceptable information on earth?

2) The Time Difference: Every region on Earth does not have the same time. When it is 6 pm and Monday in Bangladesh, it is 4 am and Sunday in BC, Canada. If you pray Johar Namaz in Bangladesh and take a flight to Saudi Arab, you get the time again for Johar Namaz. So, would you start praying again Johar Namaz? Allah is almighty, why doesn't He mention in Holy Koran the time distinction and how people would pray in that case above? Or He does not know it! So far I know that the Keamot (Doom Day) will start on Friday in the evening. Yet, when it is evening in Bangladesh, it is morning in Americas, so, where will this doom commence?

3) Movement of the Earth: The Earth is always moving. It revolves around the Sun every 365 days at a speed of about 30 km/sec. Moreover, the Earth also has an axis, and it rotates on its axis every 24 hours at a speed of about 1670 km/hr. But, almighty Allah is not familiar with it. On top of it He explained some wrong phenomenon in Holy Koran that Earth is motionless.

4) People Other Than Arabians: Surprisingly almighty Allah did not reveal even a word that people could be living in Australia, Greenland, North and South America and many other areas. He does not even know what those people are like. He was absolutely failed to send any information about Eskimos, Red-Indians (Native American Indian), Pacific-Islanders, Latin Americans, and many more. Are there any verses in Koran where I get to know about them?

5) The Pole Regions: It is so amazing when super powerful Allah does not know North and South Pole. These areas are so cold. However, some people like Eskimos live there. It is possible to find six-month daylight hours and six-month hours of darkness a year in the poles. Almighty Allah did not give any clue how people like Eskimos would practice Roza and five-time-pray a day in those above places. Are there any verses in Holy Koran where I can figure out the cold regions?

6) The Universe: According to Koran, Allah stays above the Sky which is far away from Earth. It is so miraculous that He did not post any messages to His messenger about the Solar System which contains the Earth, Sun, Jupiter, Mars, Pluto, and so on. This question shows up because supreme Allah just mentions about the Sky, Sun, Earth, Moon, Stars, etc which can be seen with open eyes from the deserts, and He points out some related verses only about those.

7) The Air: The more we go up to the sky after 16-Kelometre from the Earth's surface, the more we lose gases like Carbon Dioxide and Oxygen. Therefore, it would be unable to breathe for any life up the sky. But, surprisingly, Prophet Mohamed went up to the sky with Burakh to talk to Allah. But, how did Mohamed inhale (through Oxygen mask and Cylinder???) and operate the super speedy rocket Burakh? If almighty Allah created this vast Universe, why didn't he expose that any type of species can NOT take breathe after crossing up a certain height from the sea level? As we know through sciences that no Planet is appropriate other than the Earth for lives in the Universe. But, how much gas can be found in the seven Heavens? We know these stay far way from the Earth's surface.

8) Test Tube and Cloning Baby: How would merciful Allah tolerate when Kaffir scientists steal his formula to create human or other species through the test tube and cloning? Did this super powerful God ever mention or know that people (of course Kaffirs) can give birth human baby or other species by cloning and using test tubes without His permission? Can any Muslims demonstrate me any related verses from Holy Koran?

9) Religion Other Than Islam, Jewish, and Christian: Allah is almighty, no doubt of it. But, there are numerous people from other religions who do not have any faith in Allah. They believe different Gods of course other than Him. If we have to believe in Him, now my question is why almighty Allah did not specifically mention about Shik (Punjabi), religions of the tribes' such as Chakma, Garo; Native American Indians' religions, Hinduisms, and many other religions. Does He really know there could be various religions other than Islam, Jewish and Christian? Or He did not want to tell us His competitors.

10) Creation of the Earth and Heaven: There is no doubt to all Muslims that Allah is almighty, but He is confused how many days he took to create the Earth and Heaven. In some Surah, he mentioned he takes two days (41:9), and in other some Surahs (11:7, 10:3 & 7:54), He quotes six days. Why wasn't powerful Allah able to create the Earth and Heaven at a precise day? And why does He make mistakes to state the correct days in Holy Koran?

11) Creation of Human Beings: Almighty Allah plays a game with His followers. He mentioned that we are created from clot of congealed blood (96:2, 75:38). A blood clot can NOT develop anything. New modern sciences state that the formation of human embryo is a seamless continuation from conception to the birth, so, there are no rigid boundaries of stages as Allah told. According to the modern embryologists including Prof. Moore of Canada, the creation of bones and clothing of bones with flesh is the tissue from which bone originates, known as mesoderm, is the same tissue as that from which muscle (flesh) develops. Thus, bone and muscles begin to develop at the same time; it is nothing but true that this does not follow Allah's theory. In addition, most of the muscle tissues that we human have are laid down before birth, however bones keep on expanding and fortifying (strengthen with calcium) right into one's teenage years. Therefore, it would make sense if almighty said that muscles starts developing at the same time as bones, but completed their development earlier. The idea that bones are clothed with flesh is not only completely wrong or false in a scientific way, but also this theory was directly stolen from the ancient Greek Doctor Galen's hypothesis. Is it possible to believe in this powerful God who steals the theory from someone? Does almighty Allah really know how we are created?

12) Fate of Pre-Islamic and Other People: What would be to the people who died before Islam come to this mortal Earth? Do they go to Hell or Heaven? Did almighty Allah send any messages regarding the afterlife for pre-Islamic people? And did he disclose any clear verses about the afterlife of those who do not even know Islam like Eskimos, Red-Indians (Native American Indian), Latinos, Native Australians, various types of tribes, and many more? If those people whether go to Heaven or Hell, why should they go, for what reasons? Did almighty Allah ever know them? Did He give us any specific detail information for them in Holy Koran?

13) Species Other Than Human-Being: Almighty and merciful Allah just knows how to create (of course in a wrong process) human being with clotted blood (?) by using His own formula. However, He did not mention even a single word how He creates other species such as dinosaurs, cows, apes, fish, and so on. Biologically, they have lives like us. It would be so funny to trust a super powerful God like Allah who does not even know and mention how other species are created?

14) The Trees'/Plants' Lives: It is ridiculous that almighty Allah did/does not know the trees/plants have lives. Muslims are not allowed to place even an image which has life like people and animals. This is why Muslims are permitted to put only the portraits of flowers and plants in the Masques and homes. Several hundred years back, for the first time, a kaffir scientist proved that trees/plants have lives just like us. This kaffir scientist could recognise it, but it chills our bones when super powerful merciful Allah does not even have any knowledge about it.

15) The Gloomy and Foggy Weather: Muslims' religious occasions and rituals depend on the Sun and Moon. Did almighty Allah or Arabians ever see any heavy fog or snow in Arab Deserts? How Muslims other than Arabians would see the Sun and Moon for Namaz, Roza, and Eid if they experience cloudy and smoggy weather from their lands? Why did an almighty substance fail to show the correct path to handle the cloudy and hazy climate to watch the Sun and Moon for rituals? In this case, what should we do? Can anyone explain this?


I asked these above prudent facts to some highly educated Muslims, they were so angry at me first; however, when they were not able to figure those out, they said to me "the problems which are not given in Koran, the Hadiths solved them". Well, that's fine; let me tell you here my reply to them "the problems in which almighty Allah was not able or failed to fix them, how can the Hadiths do? These Hadiths even were NOT written by Prophet Mohamed. Some illiterate Shahabis wrote them." Alright, now, could anyone please show me the correct way for those above 15 claims from the Hadiths besides Holy Koran? If any infidel or non-Muslim wants to accept Islam in the 21st century, she or he would definitely want to know at least those above 15 facts. If one does not care them, she or he would absolutely be the slave of Arab Bedouins in the cave.

Sharia Law for Non-Muslims - Chapter 5

The Kafir

Until now we have looked at the big picture of Sharia and then the position of women in Sharia. We now come to a new subject--the unbeliever or non-Muslim. The word "non-Muslim" is used in the translation of Sharia law, but the actual Arabic word used is "Kafir". But the word Kafir means far more than non-Muslim. The original meaning of the word was "concealer", one who conceals the truth of Islam.

The Koran says that the Kafir may be deceived, plotted against, hated, enslaved, mocked, tortured and worse. The word is usually translated as "unbeliever" but this translation is wrong. The word "unbeliever" is logically and emotionally neutral, whereas, Kafir is the most abusive, prejudiced and hateful word in any language.

There are many religious names for Kafirs: polytheists, idolaters, People of the Book (Christians and Jews), Buddhists, atheists, agnostics, and pagans. Kafir covers them all, because no matter what the religious name is, they can all be treated the same. What Mohammed said and did to polytheists can be done to any other category of Kafir.

Islam devotes a great amount of energy to the Kafir. The majority (64%) of the Koran is devoted to the Kafir, and nearly all of the Sira (81%) deals with Mohammed's struggle with them. The Hadith (Traditions) devotes 32% of the text to Kafirs1. Overall, the Trilogy devotes 60% of its content to the Kafir.

Amount of Text Devoted to the Kafir:

The Sharia does not devote nearly that much to the Kafir since Sharia law is primarily for Muslims. Besides, the Kafir has few rights, so there is little to expound on.

Religious Islam is what Muslims do to go to Paradise and avoid Hell. What Mohammed did to Kafirs was not religious, but political. Political Islam is what is of concern to Kafirs, not the religion. Who cares how a Muslim worships, but every one of us is concerned as to what they do to us and say about us. Political Islam should be of concern to every Kafir.

Here are two Sharia references about Kafirs:

w59.2 [...] And this clari?es the Koranic verses and hadiths about hatred for the sake of Allah and love for the sake of Allah, Al Walaa wa al Baraa, being unyielding towards the Kafirs, hard against them, and detesting them, while accepting the destiny of Allah Most High insofar as it is the decree of Allah Mighty and Majestic.

Hatred for the sake of Allah and love for the sake of Allah is called Al Walaa wa al Baraa, a fundamental principle of Islamic ethics and Sharia. A Muslim is to hate what Allah hates and love what Allah loves. Allah hates the Kafir, therefore, a Muslim is to act accordingly.

40:35 They [Kafirs] who dispute the signs [Koran verses] of Allah without authority having reached them are greatly hated by Allah and the believers [Muslims]. So Allah seals up every arrogant, disdainful heart.

h8.24 It is not permissible to give zakat [charity] to a Kafir, or to someone whom one is obliged to support such as a wife or family member.

Here are a few of the Koran references: A Kafir can be mocked--

83:34 On that day the faithful will mock the Kafirs, while they sit on bridal couches and watch them. Should not the Kafirs be paid back for what they did?

A Kafir can be beheaded--

47:4 When you encounter the Kafirs on the battle?eld, cut off their heads until you have thoroughly defeated them and then take the prisoners and tie them up firmly.

A Kafir can be plotted against--

86:15 They plot and scheme against you [Mohammed], and I plot and scheme against them. Therefore, deal calmly with the Kafirs and leave them alone for a while.

A Kafir can be terrorized--

8:12 Then your Lord spoke to His angels and said, "I will be with you. Give strength to the believers. I will send terror into the Kafirs' hearts, cut off their heads and even the tips of their fingers!"

A Muslim is not the friend of a Kafir--

3:28 Believers should not take Kafirs as friends in preference to other believers. Those who do this will have none of Allah's protection and will only have themselves as guards. Allah warns you to fear Him for all will return to Him.

A Kafir is evil--

23:97 And say: Oh my Lord! I seek refuge with You from the suggestions of the evil ones [Kafirs]. And I seek refuge with you, my Lord, from their presence.

A Kafir is disgraced--

37:18 Tell them, "Yes! And you [Kafirs] will be disgraced."

A Kafir is cursed--

33:60 They [Kafirs] will be cursed, and wherever they are found, they will be seized and murdered. It was Allah's same practice with those who came before them, and you will ?nd no change in Allah's ways.

Kafirs and the People of the Book:

Muslims tell Christians and Jews that they are special. They are "People of the Book" and are brothers in the Abrahamic faith. But in Islam you are a Christian, if and only if, you believe that Christ was a man who was a prophet of Allah; there is no Trinity; Jesus was not crucified nor resurrected and that He will return to establish Sharia law. To be a true Jew you must believe that Mohammed is the last in the line of Jewish prophets.

This verse is positive:

5:77 Say: Oh, People of the Book, do not step out of the bounds of truth in your religion, and do not follow the desires of those who have gone wrong and led many astray. They have themselves gone astray from the even way.

Islamic doctrine is dualistic, so there is an opposite view as well. Here is the last verse written about the People of the Book (A later verse abrogates or nullifies an earlier verse.). This is the final word. It calls for Muslims to make war on the People of the Book who do not believe in the religion of truth, Islam.

9:29 Make war on those who have received the Scriptures [Jews and Christians] but do not believe in Allah or in the Last Day. They do not forbid what Allah and His Messenger have forbidden. The Christians and Jews do not follow the religion of truth until they submit and pay the poll tax [jizya] and they are humiliated.

The sentence "They do not forbid..." means that they do not accept Sharia law; "until they submit" means to submit to Sharia law. Christians and Jews who do not accept Mohammed as the ?nal prophet are Kafirs.

Muslims pray five times a day and the opening prayer always includes:

Koran 1: 7 Not the path of those who anger You [the Jews] nor the path of those who go astray [the Christians].

Language:

Since the original Arabic word for unbelievers was Kafir and that is the actual word used in the Koran and Sharia law, that is the word used here for accuracy and precision.

It is very simple: if you don't believe Mohammed and his Koran, you are a Kafir.

"Very good insight and conclusions. However, I feel it is incorrect to draw a line between the political and the religious Islam.

You wrote: "Religious Islam is what Muslims do to go to Paradise and avoid Hell. What Mohammed did to Kafirs was not religious, but political."

I have read somewhere that Muslims can never be sure wether they will go to heaven or not, unless they die in combat with unbelievers. If that is so, Jihad is right at the core of Islam's religious message, because it is the only sure way to reach Paradise. It could be said that murdering people is a sacrament in Islam, since there is so much material that indicates that this actually pleases Allah.

Also, since the Qu'ran is the word of god, which contains political ideas, it is even more difficult to make this distinction.

There are many who've said that the spritual message of the Qu'ran is weak. It is not, if you regard political Islam as spiritual also. Which is what Islamic hardliners seem to be doing.

In fact, I think many feel drawn towards Jihadism since the overwhelming strictness of Sharia, practices such as fasting and praying make it impossible for a Muslim to be sure he will reach heaven. Thus, they turn to military Jihad, as it promises a way out of the unclarity.

Family Law.

Islamic Scholars Claim:
The perfect Islamic family law is sacred law since it is based upon the words of Allah in the glorious Koran and the Sunna of Mohammed. All other laws are man-made and must submit to the will of Allah; therefore, only Sharia law is suitable for Muslims. For Muslims to be ruled by Kafir laws is an abomination.

The Sharia:

m3.13 Guardians are of two types, those who may compel their female charges to marry someone, and those who may not.
m6.10 It is unlawful for a free man to marry more than four women.
m8.2 A guardian may not marry his prepubes cent daughter to someone for less than the amount typically received as marriage payment by similar brides

Adultery:

[Bukhari 3,38,508] Mohammed said, "Unais, confront this man's wife and if she admits committing adultery have her stoned to death."
[Bukhari 8,82,803] Ali had a woman stoned to death on a Friday and said, "I have punished her as Mohammed would have."

ml0.4 The husband may forbid his wife to leave the home. But if one of her relatives dies, it is preferable to let her leave to visit them.
m5.0 conjugal rights, the wife's marital obligations

m5.1 It is obligatory for a woman to let her hus band have sex with her immediately when:
(a) he asks her
(b) at home
(c) and she can physically endure it

[Abu Dawud 11, 2138; 2139] Muawiyah said: Apostle of Allah, how should we approach our wives and how should we leave them? He replied: Approach your tilth (tilth is a plowed field, a term for the vagina) when or how you will, …

The most important thing that a woman brings to the marriage is her vagina.

[Bukhari 7,62,81] Mohammed said, "The marriage vow most rightly expected to be obeyed is the husband's right to enjoy the wife's vagina."

Allah curses the woman who resists sex.

[Bukhari 7,62,121] Mohammed: "If a woman refuses her husband's request for sex, the angels will curse her through the night."

From the Sira, we have some more about a husband's rights:

Ishaq 957 Mohammed sent Muadh to Yemen to proselytize. While he was there he was asked what rights a husband has over the wife. He replied to the woman who asked, "If you went home and found your husband's nose running with pus and blood and you sucked it until it was cleaned, you still would not have fulfilled your husband's rights."

Child Brides:

Mohammed, age 51, proposed marriage to Aisha when she was six years old. Marriage to a child is Sunna.

[Bukhari 7,62,18] When Mohammed asked Abu Bakr for Aisha's hand in marriage, Abu replied, "But I am your brother." Mohammed said, "You are only my brother in Allah's religion and His Book, so it is lawful for me to marry her."

Islam's grand vision about women is given in one verse of the Koran:

Koran 4:34 Allah has made men superior to women because men spend their wealth to support them. Therefore, virtuous women are obedient, and they are to guard their unseen parts as Allah has guarded them. As for women whom you fear will rebel, admonish them first, and then send them to a separate bed, and then beat them. But if they are obedi-ent after that, then do nothing further; surely Allah is exalted and great!THE SHARIA: dealing with a rebellious wife

m10.12 When a husband notices signs of rebelliousness in his wife whether in words as when she answers him coldly when she used to do so politely, or he asks her to come to bed and she refuses, con-trary to her usual habit; or whether in acts, as when he finds her averse to him when she was previously kind and cheerful, he warns her in words without keeping from her or hitting her, for it may be that she has an excuse.

The warning could be to tell her, "Fear Allah concerning the rights you owe to me".

or it could be to explain that rebelliousness nullifies his obligation to support her and give her a turn amongst other wives, or it could be to inform her, "Your obeying me is religiously obligatory".

If she commits rebelliousness, he keeps from sleeping (having sex) with her and refuses to speak to her, and may hit her, but not in a way that injures her, meaning he may not bruise her, break bones, wound her, or cause blood to flow. It is unlawful to strike another's face. He may hit her whether she is rebellious only once or whether more than once, though a weaker opinion holds that he may not hit her unless there is repeated rebelliousness.

Ishaq969 He [Mohammed] also told them men had rights over their wives and women had rights over their husbands. The wives were never to commit adultery or act in a sexual manner toward others. If they did, they were to be put in separate rooms and beaten lightly. If they refrained from what was forbidden, they had the right to food and clothing. Men were to lay injunctions on women lightly for they were prisoners of men and had no control over their persons.

[Abu Dawud 11, 2142] Mohammed said: A man will not be asked as to why he beat his wife.

[Bukhari 7,62,132] The Prophet said, “None of you should flog his wife as he flogs a slave and then have sexual intercourse with her in the last part of the day.” Most of those in Hell will be women.

The doctrine of women:

There are many ways in which the woman does not have full stature in Sharia law:

022.1 The necessary qualifications for being an Islamic judge are:
(a) to be a male freeman […]

04.9 The indemnity for the death or injury of a woman is one-half the indemnity paid for a man.

[Bukhari 3,48,826] Mohammed asked, "Is not the value of a woman’s eye-witness testimony half that of a man's?"
A woman said, "Yes." He said, "That is because a woman’s mind is deficient."

L10.3 They divide the universal share so that the male receives the por-tion of two females.

Koran 4:11 It is in this manner that Allah commands you concerning your children: A male should receive a share equal to that of two fe-males, [...]

This hadith equates camels, slaves and women.

[Abu Dawud 11, 2155] Mohammed said: If one of you mar-ries a woman or buys a slave, he should say: "O Allah, I ask You for the good in her, and in the disposition You have given her; I take refuge in You from the evil in her, and in the disposition You have given her." When he buys a camel, he should take hold of the top of its hump and say the same kind of thing.

Women are inferior to men in intelligence and religion.

[Bukhari 1,6,301] While on his way to pray, Mohammed passed a group of women and he said, "Ladies, give to charities and donate money to the unfortunate, because I have witnessed that most of the people in Hell are women."
They asked, "Why is that?"
He answered, "You swear too much, and you show no grati-tude to your husbands. I have never come across anyone more lacking in intelligence, or ignorant of their religion than women. A careful and intelligent man could be misled by many of you."
They responded, "What exactly are we lacking in intelligence or faith?"
Mohammed said, "Is it not true that the testimony of one man is the equal to the testimony of two women?"
After they affirmed that this was true, Mohammed said, "That illustrates that women are lacking in intelligence. Is it not also true that women may not pray nor fast during their men-strual cycle?" They said that this was also true.
Mohammed then said, "That illustrates that women are lack-ing in their religion."

A woman's testimony is worth half that of a man.

Koran 2:282 Believers! When you contract a loan for a certain period, write it down, or to be fair, let a scribe write it down. The scribe should not re-fuse to write as Allah has taught him; therefore, let the scribe record what the debtor dictates being mindful of his duty to Allah and not re-ducing the amount he owes. If the debtor is ignorant and unable to dic-tate, let his guardian do so with fairness. Call two men in to witness this, but if two men cannot be found, then call one man and two women whom you see fit to be witnesses. Therefore, if either woman makes an error, the other can correct her [...]

Female Genital Mutilation, Female Circumcision:

It is unfortunate that the term circumcision is applied to both the re-moval of the foreskin of the male and the removal of the clitoris of the woman. There is no comparison.

[Bukhari 7,72,779] Mohammed said, "Five practices are characteristics of the ancient prophets: circumcision, shaving the pubic hair, cutting the moustaches short, clipping the nails, and depilating the hair of the armpits."
This hadith refers to the circumcision of female genitalia. It assumes that both the man and the woman are circumcised.

[Muslim 003,0684] [...] Abu Musa then said, "When is a bath obligatory?" Aisha responded, "You have asked the right person. Mohammed has said that a bath is obligatory when a man is encompassed by a woman and their circumcised genitalia touch."

Circumcision is part of the Sharia law. Here is the deceptive translation:

e4.3 Circumcision is obligatory for both men and women. For men it con-sists of removing the prepuce from the penis, and for women, remov-ing the prepuce of the clitoris (not the clitoris itself, as some mistak-enly assert).

However what the Arabic actually says is:

e4.3 Circumcision is obligatory (for every male and female) by cutting off the piece of skin on the glans of the penis of the male, but circumcision of the female is by cutting out the clitoris (this is called Hufaad).

This deceptive translation obscures the Sharia law. This deception is called taqiyya, a form of sacred deception.

At the battle of Badr, we have a reference to the custom of removing the clitoris.

Ishaq 564 Hamza said, "Come here, you son of a female circumciser." Now his mother was Umm Anmar, a female circumciser (one who circumcised girls) in Mecca. Then Hamza smote him and killed him.

o12.0 The Penalty for Fornication:

o12.6 If the penalty is stoning, they are to be stoned, no matter the weather, or if they are ill. A pregnant woman is not stoned until she gives birth and the child does not need to nurse.

[Muslim 017, 4206] … There came to Mohammed a woman who said: Allah's Messenger, I have committed adultery, [...] When she was delivered she came with the child (wrapped) in a rag and said: Here is the child whom I have given birth to. He said: Go away and suckle him until you wean him. When she had weaned him, she came to him with the child who was hold-ing a piece of bread in his hand. She said: Allah's Apostle, here is he as I have weaned him and he eats food. He entrusted the child to one of the Muslims and then pronounced punishment. And she was put in a ditch up to her chest and he commanded people and they stoned her. …

Honor Killing:

Honor killing is not directly included in Sharia doctrine. Sharia dictates that a woman is inferior to the male and allows beatings to enforce the rule of the male, but it does not accord honor killing a legal status. However, there is no penalty for killing an adulterer:

o5.4 There is no expiation for killing someone who has left Islam, a highwayman or a convicted married adulterer:

e12.8 … unworthy (those who may be killed) includes … convicted mar-ried adulterers…

This seems to include equal penalties for both men and women, how-ever, a man has many legal ways to have sex, while the woman is strictly limited to her husband alone. Hence, the woman is much more likely to be killed.

The man rules the woman, and his status in the community depends upon how his women conduct themselves. Ghira is sacred jealousy, even Allah has ghira. Ghira is also self-respect and is the basis of honor killings. Notice that in this hadith Saed's threat to kill a man with his wife is not condemned, but supported. Violence in defense of a Muslim's ghira is pure Islam.

[Bukhari 8,82,829; Bukhari 9,93,512] Saed bin Ubada said, "If I saw a man with my wife, I would strike him with the blade of my sword." This news reached Mohammed, who then said, "You people are astonished at Saed's ghira (self-respect). By Al-lah, I have more ghira than he, and Allah has more ghira than I, and because of Allah's ghira, He has made unlawful shameful deeds and sins done in open and in secret. [...]

Most honor killings come from Islamic societies.

What is Sharia Law?

Sharia law is Islamic law. Sharia is the basis for every demand that Muslims make on our society. When schools are asked to give up a room for Islamic prayer, that is asking us to implement Sharia law.

When a Muslim wears a head scarf, that is in obedience to Sharia law.

When our newspapers would not publish the Danish Mohammed cartoons, our newspapers were submitting to the demands of Sharia law.

When demands are made for our hospitals to treat Muslim women in special ways, that is Sharia.

When our textbooks have to be vetted by Muslim organizations before they are used in our schools, that is in accordance with Sharia law.

The attack on the World Trade Center was done in adherence to the rules of war, jihad, found in Sharia law. Sharia law is the basis for the religious, political and cultural life of all Muslims.

Sharia law is being implemented more and more in America and yet there is no knowledge about what Sharia actually is since public, private or religious schools do not teach it.

The good news:

The easiest way to learn about Islam is through Sharia law. Through learning about Sharia you are introduced to the Koran and Mohammed in a practical manner. It is easy to learn when you can see the direct application and examples.

When you know Sharia, Islam suddenly makes sense, it all fits together.

Most people think Islam is complicated or even impossible to understand, but when you understand its principles, Islam is very, very logical. It is based on different views of humanity, logic, knowledge, and ethics. Once you understand the principles and logic, you not only can explain what and why something is happening, but you will be able to predict the next step in the process.

Understanding the references numbers:

Before you can understand Sharia, you have to learn about three books that are the basis of Sharia.

Each ruling or law in Sharia is based on a reference in the Koran or the Sunna, the perfect example of Mohammed (found in two texts-Hadith and Sira). Each and every law in Islam must come from the Koran and the Sunna.

We know the Sunna by knowing about the personal details of Mohammed’s life. We know how he cleaned his teeth and which shoe he put on first. We know the Sunna because we have the Sira and the Hadith.

You probably think that the Koran is the bible of Islam. Not true. The bible of Islam is the Koran, the Sira and the Hadith. These three texts can be called the Trilogy.

The Koran is a small part, only 14% of the total words, of the doctrine that is Islam. The text devoted to the Sunna is 86% of the total textual doctrine of Islam. Islam is 14% Allah and 86% Mohammed.

Sharia is nothing more than a condensation and extrapolation of the Koran and the Sunna.

Therefore, it is impossible to understand the Sharia without some understanding about the doctrine found in the Koran, Hadith and the Sira. Turn to any page after this chapter and you will find that most of the paragraphs have an index number.

The classic Sharia law text is the Reliance of the Traveller, N. Keller, Amana Publications. (Yes, the correct spelling is Traveller with a double l.) It is a 1,200 page book devoted to such subjects as: political control of non-Muslims, prayer, jihad, wills and estates, punishment, court rules, and land use. It covers legalities and theology.

Here is a typical paragraph:

08.0 Apostacy from Islam

08.1 When a person who has reached puberty and is sane, voluntarily apostatizes from Islam, he deserves to be killed.

[Bukhari 9,83,17] Mohammed: “A Muslim who has admitted that there is no god but Allah and that I am His prophet may not be killed except for three reasons: as punishment for murder, for adultery, or for apostasy.”

The o8.1 is an index number in the Sharia law text, The Reliance of the Traveller. The text is divided into divisions, a, b, c,… This particular law is found in division o; section 8; subsection 1. With the index number, o8.1, you can read the source, The Reliance of the Traveller.

We not only have the law, apostates (people who leave Islam) should be killed, but we have the supporting doctrine found in a hadith, a sacred text used along with the Koran.

A hadith is what Mohammed did or said. This particular hadith is by Bukhari, the major collector of Mohammed’s stories. Notice the index number–9,83,17. This is like a chapter and verse index so that you can go and read the original. All of the Hadith, including Bukhari, can be found on many university Internet sites.

Here is a Sharia law supported by the Koran:

09.0 Jihad
Jihad means war against Kafirs to establish Islam.
Koran 2:216 You are commanded to fight although you dislke it. You may hate something that is good for you, and love something that is bad for you. Allah knows and you do not.

Here we have the Sharia defining what jihad is and then gives its foundational reference for the authority. Again, you can verify the accuracy of the Koran verses and the original reference, 09.0, in the Reliance of the Traveller.

There is one last type of reference to a supporting document.

Dealing with a rebellious wife:

m10.12 When a husband notices signs of rebelliousness…
Ishaq 969 … Men were to lay injunctions on women lightly for they were prisoners of men and had no control over their persons.

Here we have the usual Sharia reference number, m10.12, which allows you to read the original reference. The Ishaq index number, 969, is a margin note reference that allows you to look in the Sira (Mohammed’s biography-The Life of Muhammad, A. Guillaume) and verify the truth of the reference.

Believable and Authoritative:

This is fact-based knowledge based upon critical thought and analysis. What you see here can all be independently verified for yourself.

This is a very different approach than asking a Muslim or an “expert” in the media. If a Muslim or any expert says something about Islam that disagrees with the Koran or Sunna, then the expert is wrong. If the expert says something that agrees with Koran or Sunna, then the expert is right, but redundant.

Once you know Koran and Sunna, you don’t need anybody else.

Political Islam:

The largest part of the Trilogy is not about how to be a good Muslim. Instead most of the text is devoted to the unbeliever. The Koran devotes 64% of its total words to the unbeliever and the Trilogy, as a whole, devotes 60% of its text to the unbelievers.

Islam is NOT a religion. It is a complete civilization with a detailed political system, religion and a legal code-the Sharia. Mohammed preached the religion of Islam for 13 years in Mecca and got 150 Arabs to convert to Islam. He went to Medina and became a politician and a war-lord. After 2 years in Medina, every Jew was murdered, enslaved, or exiled. He was involved in an event of violence on the average of every 6 weeks for the last 9 years of his life. Mohammed died without a single enemy left standing.

This was not a religious process, but a political process. Jihad is political action with a religious motivation. Political Islam is the doctrine that deals with the non-Muslim.

Mohammed did not succeed with his program of religion, but his political process of jihad triumphed. Sharia law is the political implementation of the Islamic civilization.

The political nature of Islam is what creates the major difference between Sharia and Jewish religious law, halaka. Jewish law has nothing to say about non-Jews and explicitly says that the law of the land trumps halaka.

Sharia has a lot to say about Kafirs and how they are to be treated, subjugated and ruled. Sharia claims political supremacy over the Constitution.

There is nothing good for non-Muslims in the Sharia. This is why every unbeliever has a reason to know Sharia law, especially those in politics, policy, regulation and legal matters. Sharia law is about the unbeliever as well as the Muslim. Islam’s attitudes and actions about unbelievers are political, not religious.

Even though Sharia violates every principle of our Constitution, it is being implemented today, since Islam is seen as only as a religion.

Muslims and Sharia:

Non-Muslims call Muslims that seem nice, moderate Muslims. This use of the word “moderate” is not based on Islam.

A moderate Muslim is one who follows the Sharia. As much as they follow the Sharia, they are a Muslim. To the degree they don’t follow the Sharia, they are a failure at being a Muslim.

The Sharia is based on the perfect, unchanging Koran and Sunna. Therefore, the Sharia is perfect and unchanging. If every Muslim in the world wanted to change a single letter of the Koran, the Sunna or the Sharia, they could not.

How can perfection be improved? How can an eternal text be changed? Since the Sharia is nothing more than a codification of perfect, unchanging, universal texts, it is a perfect, unchanging and universal legal code.

These are chapters from an upcoming book: Sharia Law for Non-Muslims. The book was designed to be short, only 48 pages. Many people do not want to know anything about Islam, but experience shows that they may have an interest in Islamic law. Since it doesn't make any difference which part of a rope you pick up first, Sharia law is a great way to start learning about the true nature of Islam.

Sharia in Europe Today

When you study Islam in Europe today, you are seeing America in 20 years. Why? The actions by Muslims in Europe are based on Sharia law, the same Sharia law that is beginning to be implemented in America today.

Traffic cannot move in London streets as Muslims commandeer the streets to pray-a political result based on Sharia law.

* Entire areas of Europe are no-go zones for non-Muslims, this includes the police. These are Islamic enclaves where only Muslims live. The Muslim-only policy is based on Sharia.
* In England an Anglican bishop calls for the rule of Islamic law for Muslims. The bishop is obeying Sharia law.
* In the schools only Islamic approved texts can be used. This is based on Sharia law.
* Christians may not speak to Muslims about Christianity nor may they hand out literature. This is a political result based on Sharia law enforced by British courts.
* Rape by Muslims is so prevalent that Sweden has forbidden the police to collect any data in the investigation that would point to Islam. Rape is part of Islamic doctrine as applied to non-Muslim women.
* In London mass demonstrations by Muslims call for the end of British law and Sharia law to rule all people. This political action is based on Sharia.
* In some English hospitals, during Ramadan fast (an Islamic religious event) non-Muslims cannot eat where a Muslim can see them. The submission of non-Muslims is based on Sharia law.
* At British hospitals, Muslim women are treated only as Sharia law demands.
* If a Dane says that he is proud to be Danish near a Muslim, it can be seen as hate speech and racism. This is in accordance to Sharia law.

Sharia in America Today

Here are current and historical events in America that are driven by Sharia law:
* On September 11, 2001 jihadists attacked and destroyed the World Trade Center. This was in compliance to the laws of jihad found in the Sharia law. The attack was a political action based upon a religious motivation.
* Textbooks in America must be approved by Islamic councils. This is in accordance with Sharia law.
* American employers and schools are met with demands for time and space to do Islamic prayer. These demands are based on Sharia law.
* The American banking system is becoming Islamicized with Sharia financing. Our banking system indulges in Sharia financial law and does not know the rest of Sharia law.
* Universities are asked to close swimming pools and other athletic facilities to be used for Muslim women.
* Hospitals are being sued for not having Sharia compliant treatment.
* No course at the college level uses critical thinking in the history and doctrine of Islam. Under Sharia no aspect of Islam may be criticized.
* Muslim charities give money to jihadists, as per Sharia law.
* Muslim foot-baths are being installed in airport facilities, using tax money. This is in accordance with Sharia law.
* American prisons are a stronghold of proselytizing for Islam.
* Workplaces are being made Islamic worship sites through special rooms and time off to pray. This is in accordance to Sharia law.
* Islamic refugees bring all of their wives for welfare and medical treatment to America. Authorities will not act even when presented with evidence. Polygamy is pure Sharia.
* We are fighting wars in Iraq and Afghanistan to implement constitutions that have the supremacy of Sharia law as their first article.

Why Do We Need to Know Sharia?

ISLAMIC SCHOLARS CLAIM:
Islamic law is perfect, universal and eternal. The laws of the United States are temporary, limited and will pass. It is the duty of every Muslim to obey the laws of Allah, the Sharia.

SHARIA:
Sharia is based on the principles found in the Koran and other Islamic religious/political texts. There are no common principles between American law and Sharia.

Under Sharia law:

* There is no freedom of religion
* There is no freedom of speech
* There is no freedom of thought
* There is no freedom of artistic expression
* There is no freedom of the press
* There is no equality of peoples-a non-Muslim, a Kafir, is never equal to a Muslim
* There are no equal rights for women
* Women can be beaten
* A non-Muslim cannot bear arms
* There is no equal protection under Sharia for different classes of people. Justice is dualistic, with one set of laws for Muslim males and different laws for women and non-Muslims.
* Our Constitution is a man-made document of ignorance, jahiliyah, that must submit to Sharia
* There is no democracy, since that means that a non-Muslim is equal to a Muslim
* Non-Muslims are dhimmis, third-class citizens
* There is no Golden Rule
* There is no critical thought
* All governments must be ruled by Sharia law

Unlike common law, Sharia is not interpretive, nor can it be changed

THE SOLUTION
This book uses a fact-based approach to knowledge that uses analytic or critical thought. When you finish reading, you will know what Sharia law is. More importantly you will know why Sharia is what it is. You will understand how Sharia "works" and why it cannot change. For the first time, you will understand Islam. It will all make sense.

The Three Views of Islam:

There are three points of view in dealing with Islam. The point of view depends upon how you feel about Mohammed. If you believe Mohammed is the prophet of Allah, then you are a believer. If you don't, you are a nonbeliever. The third viewpoint is that of an apologist for Islam. Apologists do not believe that Mohammed was a prophet, but they try to be tolerant without any actual knowledge of Islam.

Here is an example of the three points of view:

In Medina, Mohammed sat all day long beside his 12-year-old wife while they watched as the heads of 800 Jews were removed by sword. Their heads were cut off because they had said that Mohammed was not the prophet of Allah. Muslims view these deaths as necessary because denying Mohammed's prophet-hood was an offense against Islam and beheading is the accepted method of punishment, sanctioned by Allah.

Nonbelievers look at this event as proof of the jihadic violence of Islam and as an evil act.

Apologists say that this was a historic event, that all cultures have violence in their past, and no judgment should be passed. They have never actually read any of Islam's foundational texts, but still speak authoritatively about Islam.

According to the different points of view, killing the 800 Jews was:

* A tragedy
* A perfect sacred act
* Another historical event. We have done worse.

There is no "right" view of Islam, since the views cannot be reconciled.

This book is written from the nonbeliever point of view. Everything in this book views Islam from how it affects non-Muslims. This also means that the religion is of little importance. A Muslim cares about the religion of Islam, but all nonbelievers are affected by Islam's political views.

This book discusses Islam as a political system. There is no need to talk about Muslims or religion. Muslims are people and vary from one to another. Religion is what one does to go to Paradise and avoid Hell. It is not useful nor necessary to discuss Islam as a religion. But we have to talk about Islam in the political realm, because it is a powerful political system.

Why Muslims Hate Each Other?

The roots of the conflict:

The Islam religion was founded by Muhammad in the seventh century. In 622 he founded the first Islamic state, a theocracy in Medina, a city in western Saudi Arabia located north of Mecca. There are two branches of the religion he founded.

The Sunni branch believes that the first four caliphs--Muhammad's successors--rightfully took his place as the leaders of Muslims. They recognize the heirs of the four caliphs as legitimate religious leaders. These heirs ruled continuously in the Arab world until the break-up of the Ottoman Empire following the end of the First World War.

Shiites, in contrast, believe that only the heirs of the fourth caliph, Ali, are the legitimate successors of Muhammad. In 931 the Twelfth Imam disappeared. This was a seminal event in the history of Shiite Muslims.

Another difference between Sunnis and Shiites has to do with the Mahdi, “the rightly-guided one” whose role is to bring a just global caliphate into being.

* Multi-party Battleground – Iraq started a battlefield of a" many-to-many fighting gala". Hostilities exist between different Sunni and Shiite groups and fighting rages on at different levels. Shiites in general have started to believe that Sunni’s are after killing all Shiites. Sunnis on the other hand do not trust the Iraqi police that are largely made up of Shiites. Recently, these hostilities have even been further fueled after allegations of rape by Shiite led Iraqi forces against Sunni women.

All groups are fighting and chasing away the other from towns, cities and villages in many Muslim countries.

* The Sunni apprehension: – The Middle Eastern media is replete with assertions and conspiracy theories regarding the Shiite movement to spread Shiism across all Muslim nations. One of the Jordanian newspapers wrote about the Shiite conspirators' agenda to “assassinate key Sunni leaders." Iran is being blamed by some to spearhead the agenda of reviving the Persian Safavid dynasty, which came to power in the 16th century.

* True or not, the fact that the Sunni street in the Middle East has started to buy into the alleged Shiite (Shia) agenda, poses a grave danger. The emergence of the first Arab Shiite leadership in recent times is making more people convinced about this agenda. The situation in Iraq poses a great danger in fueling Shiite (Shia) Sunni tensions even in countries that to date seem to be safe from this turmoil. With Sunnis believing that Shiites are out to convert all Sunnis to Shiaism and raping their women, while Shiites believing that Sunnis are out to kill all Shiites is setting the stage for the emergence of worldwide hatred between the Shiites and Sunnis – something that every Muslim should fear and take very seriously.

* Conflicting regional agendas: – Various regional Iraqi neighbors have their own conflicting agendas. Iran for example wants to see a Shia controlled government. On the other hand, other Sunni Gulf States would rather have a Sunni controlled government in Iraq. The regional powers’ agendas therefore will have to be reconciled before a clam is to be expected.
“Us versus them”: Questions remain whether Sunnis and Shiites are truly killing each other in Iraq based on hatred of each other’s religious convictions or whether it’s just an “us versus them” mentality that has engulfed even the secular minded Shiites and Sunnis. One wonders about this as years of Saddam rule rarely saw hatred of such levels. Saddam did not oppress Shiites because of their religious beliefs – rather he eliminated anyone who challenged his power, including Sunnis. On the same token, he had Shiites and Christians both in his inner circle.

I'm sorry to say Khalid but what i said is true...

I lived in Islamic countries all my life, and if the Islam you see is the sugar coated Islam, I experienced the "True" meaning of Islam.

growing up in Saudi Arabia, we were taught that the Shiite sect of Islam are HERETICS and that they are worse than the Jews and Christians because they are Hypocrites. And all that talk about the Saudi version of Islam is only followed by a small group of Wahhabis is nonsense. the Jamaa' Islamiyya in Eygpt, Lebanon, Jordan, Syria, Pakistan...etc follow the same beliefs, as do the Islamic Brotherhood and other organizations. the Salafi/Wahhabi version of Islam represents more than half of the Sunni Muslims (about half a BILLION people). Bin Laden and Al-Qaeda themselves are Wahhabis.

And the Shiites aren't better than the Sunnis, they too have their own Marjaiyyat (Scholars) that have said pretty much the same about the Sunnis...

And to top it all of, both sects believe that heretics (Murtaddeen) should be killed..

Since the death of Muhammad, Muslims have been fighting among themselves. the "Saints" of early Islam (i.e Muhammad's friends and family) were killed by muslims, and sometimes these "Saints" killed other "Saints".

1) The two major divisions of Islam (Sunni and Shiite) consider each other heretics, which is what is happening in Iraq
2) Both divisions you have more sub divisions who also hate each other
3) For political reasons which is what happened in Lebanon, Jordan, Algeria, Iraq, Pakistan and Afghanistan
4) It all started when Muhammad said: "the Jews are divided into 71 sects, the Christians are divided into 72 sects, and the Muslims will get divided into 73 sects. ALL of these sects are going to Hell except one, the sect that I am on and that of my true followers."

And because "my true followers" is a very grey area, every group of muslims considers his group to be the true followers and every one else is going to Hell.

Why Do Muslims Hate Christians

This page should be titled why Muslims hate us. Some Muslims do not hate us, they simply view us as hypocrites. They know that the U.S. is the Christian nation. They do not understand why so many Americans fail to show the love of Christ or follow Christian morality, and they do not understand why we who claim the name of Christ seem to do nothing about this.

We must show love to Muslims and to Americans who do not know Christ by sharing our faith with them. The devil would like nothing more than to keep these people – whom Christ died for – in bondage to idolatry and sin.

Muslims hate non-Muslims because the Koran tells them Allah hates non-Muslims and they should to. The Koran is perverse, but it is logical, and a man of pious reflection can see the hand of God at work when Muslims attack our apostate nation.

Here’s the logic of Koran:

1. Unbelievers are those who do not accept Islam, especially Jews and Christians:

To those who have received the Scriptures [Jews & Christians] and to the Gentiles say: ‘Will you surrender yourselves to Allah?’ If they become Muslims they shall be rightly guided; if they pay no heed, then your only duty is to warn them. God is watching all His servants. - Sura 3:20

2. Because unbelievers do not accept Islam, Allah hates them and does not guide them:

Say: ‘Obey Allah and the Apostle.’ If they pay no heed, then, surely, God does not love the unbelievers.” - Sura 3:32

You have a good example in Abraham and those who followed him. They said to their people: ‘We disown you and the idols which you worship besides Allah. We renounce you: enmity and hate shall reign between us until you believe in Allah only.”…. - Sura 60:4

Believers, take neither the Jews nor the Christians for your friends. They are friends with one another. Whoever of you seeks their friendship shall become one of their number. Allah does not guide the wrongdoers. - Sura 5:51

3. Because Allah does not guide them, unbelievers beome evil-doers, they commit additional sins besides rejecting Islam:

You see many among them vie with one another in sin and wickedness and practise what is unlawful. Evil is what they do.Why do their rabbis and divines not forbid them to blaspheme or to practise what is unlawful? Evil indeed are their doings. - Sura 5:62-63

4. Muslims will see the sins of unbelievers plainly, both in non-Muslim society and in dealings with non-Muslims:

They listen to falsehoods and practise what is unlawful. If they come to you [Muhammad], give them your judgment or avoid them. If you avoid them, they can in no way harm you; but if you do act as their judge, judge them with fairness. Allah loves those that deal justly.But how will they come to you for judgment when they already have the Torah which enshrines God’s own judgment? Soon after they will turn their backs: they are no true believers. - Sura 5:42-43

5. Therefore, Muslims must fight unbelievers both to limit sin and give unbelievers a chance to go to heaven by becoming Muslims. (Only Muslims can go to heaven, but Muslims are not assured of going to heaven unless they die in Jihad. Muslims who do not fight Jihad will have their good deeds weighed against their bad deeds. Refusing to fight Jihad is a very bad deed.)

Those that make war against Allah and His apostle and spread disorder in the land shall be slain or crucified or have their hands and feet cut off on alternate sides, or be banished from the land. They shall be held up to shame in this world and sternly punished in the hereafter: except those that repent before you reduce them. For you must know that Allah is forgiving and merciful. - 5:33-34

Let not the unbelievers think that We (Allah) prolong their days for their own good. We give them respite only so that they may commit more grievous sins. Shameful punishment awaits them. - Sura 3:178

Those that fled their homes or were expelled from them, and those that suffered persecution for My sake and fought and were slain: I shall forgive them their sins and admit them to gardens watered by running streams, as a recompense from Allah; Allah dispenses the richest recompense. - Sura 3:195

6. Now here’s the rub – the Koran does share many of the moral rules of the Bible. Although the Koran says moral rules like don’t kill and don’t steal only apply between Muslims – Muslims can kill non-Muslims, take the property of non-Muslims as tribute (called Jizya, this was the cause of the Barbary Pirate War in the early 19th century), take their wives, or make non-Muslims slaves – there are enough similarities that the modern, post-Christian West looks as evil to Muslims as Koran tells them it will look.

For example:

7. Koran and the Bible say God forms babies in their mothers’ wombs, but the U.S. has legalized abortion.

It is he who shapes your bodies in your mothers’ wombs as He pleases. There is no god but Him, the Mighty, the Wise One. - Sura 3:6

8. Koran and the Bible teach that God is the Creator, but the West embraces evolution.

Such is God, your Lord. There is no god but Him, the Creator of all things. Therefore serve Him. Of all things He is the Guardian. - Sura 6:102

9. Koran and the Bible both teach chastity, but we in the West practice free love, and display this to the world in our movies and TV programs.

Let those who cannot afford to marry live in continence until God shall enrich them from His own bounty. As for those of your slaves who wish to buy their liberty, free them if you find in them any promise and bestow on them a part of the riches which God has given you. You shall not force your slave-girls into prostitution in order that you may enrich yourselves, if they wish to preserve their chastity. If anyone compels them, God will be forgiving and merciful to them.” - Sura 24:033

10. Koran and the Bible both forbid homosexuality, but we in the West are legitimizing this and many other perversions, and again it shows up in our media.

And Lot, who said to his people: ‘Will you persist in these lewd acts which no other nation has committed before you? You lust after men instead of women. Truly, you are a degenerate people.’ - Sura 7:80-81

11. Koran is full of contradictions. One of the strangest is Koran says it confirms the Bible, and tells Muslims to read Torah and the Gospels. Koran tells Muslims that Jews and Christians – the People of the Book – don’t keep their own scriptures and don’t teach them to others.

When God made a covenant with those to whom the Scriptures were given He said: ‘Proclaim these to mankind and do not suppress them.’ But they cast the Scriptures over their backs and sold them for a paltry price. Evil was their bargain. - Sura 3:187

He (Allah) has revealed to you the Book with the Truth (Koran) confirming the scriptures which preceded it; for He has already revealed the Torah and the Gospel for the guidance of mankind, and the distinction between right and wrong. Those that deny God’s revelations shall be sternly punished; God is mighty and capable of revenge. - Sura 3:3-4

12. Koran and the Bible also condemn gambling, drunkenness, and the occult (horoscopes, witches, etc.) but in the U.S., our own state governments now run numbers, we are legalizing drugs, and there is an explosion of interest in the occult, including pagan religions like wicca.

Believers, wine and games of chance, idols and divining arrows, are abominations devised by Satan. Avoid them, so that you may prosper. - Sura 5:90

13. CS readers know that God’s moral rules like don’t steal and don’t lie are essential to free markets and prosperity. While Islam says Muslims should not lie or steal from each other, corruption is rampant in Muslim countries, because they don’t have the Holy Spirit to help them keep the Commandments. The Koran perversely tells Muslims that the riches of Christians and Jews come from our sinfulness while the poverty of Muslims is a test from Allah to see who loves prosperity more than Islam,

You shall be sorely tried in the matter of your possessions and your persons, and will hear much that is hurtful from those who were given the Scriptures before you, and from the pagans. But if you endure with fortitude and guard yourselves against evil, you will surely triumph. - Sura 3:186

Do not be deceived by the fortunes of the unbelievers in the land. Their prosperity is grief. Hell shall be their home, an evil resting place. - Sura 3:196-197

14. Last, Koran adds a rule that can’t be found in the Bible. Where the Bible says that there are neither male nor female in Christ, and that God is no respecter of persons, Koran tells Muslims that men are superior to women. The West’s Feminist movement thus looks evil and sinful to Muslims.

Men have authority over women because Allah has made the one superior to the other, and because they spend their wealth to maintain the. Good women are obedient. They guard their unseen parts because Allah has guarded them. As for those from whom you fear disobedience, admonish them and send them to beds apart and beat them. Then if they disobey you, take no further action against them. Surely God is high, supreme. Sura 4:34Women are your fields: go, then, into your fields whence you please. - Sura 2:223

The bottom line is that Muslims hate the West because the Koran tells Muslims that the West rejects Islam, and consequently is evil.

The Koran is confirmed to be true in the minds of Muslims by our own desire to throw out God’s rules.
